Admission Eligibility​
Memphis University is committed to fostering academic excellence, diversity, and accessibility by offering a comprehensive range of scholarships and financial aid programs. This policy applies to all prospective undergraduate students who meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined for each scholarship or discount. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit, special talents, or defined agreements with external partners. All awards are subject to available funding, adherence to eligibility requirements, and continued student performance.
Students may only benefit from one scholarship or discount at a time, unless otherwise specified. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment, meet academic performance standards, and comply with any additional terms defined by the university or external donors.
Scholarships that will be announced and values behind scholarships
Sibling discount
Supporting family values whereby we encourage and support siblings to join the university programs based on kinship we extend a 10% discount on tuition fees
- Applicable if siblings are enrolled concurrently, both as full-time students.
- The discount applies to the siblings in the lower tuition school.
Sports Achievement Scholarship Program
The Sports Achievement Scholarship Program recognizes and supports students who have demonstrated exceptional athletic talent and achievements. This program aims to reward students for their dedication to sports excellence and to encourage them to continue pursuing their athletic and academic goals. All scholarship recipients are partners in the success of their schools and have deliver on the moral obligations of adequately representing their schools. Must submit proof from the Egyptian Federation annually.
International Achievement – 25%
- For athletes with international sports recognition.
National Achievement – 15%
- For athletes with national recognition.
Academic merit scholarships
Encouraging all outstanding students from different tracks of education so we may have a community representative student body where knowledge is exchanged and competition drives collective success
Complying with all decisions of the national authorities since Taaleem is a partner in higher education and abides by national strategies and regulations
STEM Student Scholarship
In compliance with the official decision issued by the University Council Secretariat concerning students from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) high schools—specifically the Madaris al-Mutafawiqin (Schools for the Gifted) in Egypt, 5% of all university scholarships will be allocated specifically to students graduating from STEM (Schools for the Gifted) programs.
Thanaweya Amma Top Achievers Program
This Scholarship is awarded to the top 20 Thanaweya Amma students in Egypt in each specialization. Students who are eligible for this scholarship will receive an 80% tuition discount for their freshman year.
International Secondary School Certificate Programs
Rewarding highest scores achievers with up to 30% discount to the top scorers per diploma. And others as we expand to different tracks of education.
